Powder coating

We powder coat products made of steel, galvanized steel, aluminium, and various alloys. Our coating process is modern and environmentally friendly.

You can choose between a wide range of industry-standard RAL and NCS colours. Powder coatings are available in various textures, from smooth to fine or rough, as well as with different gloss levels or special effects.

Coating process

Hanging of workpieces on a suspended conveyor;
Pre-treatment:
Degreasing and conversion coating (BONDERITE CC 42, Henkel),

Rinsing with s H2O,

Rinsing with DEMI water,

Rinsing with pure DEMI water;

Drying of surface water;
Cooling of workpieces down to temperature +30°C;
Automatic powder coating application with the possibility of manual correction;
Powder coating polymerization;
Cooling of workpieces down to temperature +40°C;
Unloading of workpieces from the suspended conveyor.

The line is fully automated and controlled via a process control system.
