Business Anniversary

The SOP coating plant commemorated its 10th anniversary with the event Let's Paint the Future Together.

In 2024, the company SOP- INTERNATIONAL celebrated 30^th anniversary of successful operation, and 10^th anniversary of operation of its own powder coating plant for powder coating of metal products. The powder coating plant provides coating services to clients from all over Slovenia, and at the same time serves as a technology center for testing of various solutions for potential buyers of coating lines.  

The anniversaries were commemorated with the event Let's Paint the Future Together, which started early in the morning with lectures on SOP-International innovative coating solutions and sustainable paint removal. The lectures were also attended by students from the Krško-Sevnica Secondary School, with which the company closely collaborates.

Managing director of SOP-International, Mr. Benjamin Hlebec ceremonially presented a donation to Jože Pavlovič, director of the Krško-Sevnica Secondary School. The President of the Posavje Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and also the President of the Management Board at the Nuclear Power Plant, Gorazd Pfeifer, awarded the anniversary recognition to the owner of the SOP-International, Mr. Anton Jenžur.

The event also included an in-house fair featuring products from some business partners, such as the companies I.H.S, Tajfun, Yaskawa, IGP from Switzerland, Tiger from Austria, T-Lotus, Prolak, Gema, Atotech and STEM.

The director of SOP coating plant, Katarina Kortnik, thanked the business partners for their commitment and trust. She emphasized that companies and entrepreneurs support each other, help one another, and collaborate with the aim of achieving the greatest good for everyone.

At the end of the ceremonial part of the event Let's Paint the Future Together, we inaugurated the production facility with a "tearing of bread" ceremony, symbolizing the company's commitment to hard and diligent work, collaboration, and family tradition.
